Desi's Apple Cake

Apple Pie is American. Apple Cake is worldwide!

Ingredients:

• 1 c oil
• 2 ¼ c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 2½ tsp vanilla
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/3 c orange juice
• 4 medium macintosh apples, peeled and diced
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 7 tsp sugar

Directions

• Grease and flour bundt pan.
• Dice apples and mix with cinnamon and sugar.
• Mix all remaining ingredients.
• Pour 1/3 of batter into pan, then a 1/3 of the apples, repeat twice.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
