Cubby's Funnel Cakes

For a taste of the fair or carnival at home or just a decadant way of enjoying some ice cream and fruit, try our Funnel Cakes!

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2 C Flour
• ¼ t salt
• 1½ C Milk
• 2 T Sugar
• 1 t Baking Powder
• 2 t vanilla

Directions

• Mix all
• Fill funnel with mixture
• Fry in hot oil
• Top with fresh fruit, ice cream, and / or confectioner's sugar
