Macaroni and Potato Salads

Ingredients:
- 1/2lb elbow macaroni (replace with potatoes for potato salad)
- chopped celery (your preferred amount)
Ingredients for dressing
- 2 cups mayonaise
- 3/4 cup sugar
- little bit vinegar
- milk
- celery seed
- salt
- pepper
- mustard (potato salad only)
- onions (potato salad only)
Directions
- boil macaroni (if potato salad, boil and peel potatos)
- boil eggs
- drain in cold water
- Cream sugar and mayo in a large bowl
- add vinegar to taste and combine (this may take a lot of tasting)
- add eggs, celery, and milk
