Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin out of the can is bland. Spice up your holidays!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1½ C Sugar
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 t allspice
- 1 t ginger
- 1 can Pumpkin
- 1½ - 2 C milk
Instructions
- Mix ingredients well.
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake @ 400 F for 30 minutes.
- Bake @ 350 F for remainder of time. (Pie is done when a dry toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.)
